We invite you to join us for a unique deep dive into designing organizations and communities so they more easily awaken compassion. You will gain skills to be able to build compassion directly into your organization’s foundation. The course will build on your knowledge of individual compassion practice and compassionate leadership, taking your skill and know-how to a new level. Blending theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on work, we will become designers of organizations that facilitate compassion in our communities.

Lead faculty for the course is @Monica Worline, one of the preeminent voices bringing compassionate practices into organizations, co-author of the foundational book “Awakening Compassion at Work: The Quiet Power that Elevates People and Organizations” and Faculty Director of the @Center for Positive Organizations at the @University of Michigan.
