The world hungers for compassion to help heal its suffering, remove the sources and systemic issues responsible for creating and perpetuating suffering, and ensure a sustainable, flourishing future. That means the world needs compassionate leaders more now than ever before…and you can help!

With your donation, the nonprofit Center for Compassionate Leadership will be able to accelerate the growth of compassion by training more qualified compassionate leaders through our scholarship program.

In the last several years, 500+ leaders from 50 countries have taken part in our Compassionate Leadership Certification Training – training that has been independently evaluated and shown to significantly improve participants’ compassion for themselves, for others, and at work. These alumni are already making a profound impact in organizations around the globe. We know that more leaders would participate in our signature training programs with additional scholarship funding.

HELP US TRAIN MORE LEADERS TO ACTIVATE POSITIVE ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE

In 2023, we have been privileged to provide over $37,000 in scholarship support to compassionate leaders from a variety of countries. Nonetheless, there have been more applications for scholarships than our limited capacity could meet.

With your support, we will be able to grow the scholarships we can offer to qualified leaders in situations similar to prior scholarship recipients, such as:

  • The displaced leader from a war-torn nation who is supporting colleagues back home.

  • The nonprofit entrepreneur who is creating a new initiative to meet the needs of inner-city residents.

  • The single-parent nurse supervisor whose entire pay supports their family.

  • The Ministry of Health leader in a country where economic realities limit their budget.

In 2024, our aim is to support a minimum of $50,000 in scholarship funding, increasing the number of leaders we can train as the demand and needs continue to rise.
